Prepaid uk sim card

Im from another country but want to test uk prepaid sim card. But i wonder from witch operator i must choose because i need to change ip after restart with phone internet sharing

If you are tethering in Europe using a UK SIM then its a UK IP you are given not a local one.

But witch operator will give new ip after restart. Everyone or only few

The main U.K. operators will, but you are going to have to text them

I would stick to O2, Three and Vodafone
