You need to raise it like it's your daughter, I guess.

Adding on to that metaphor, you'll need to start your baby off on formula. As she gets older you'll want to start adding cereal into the formula to get her used to solid foods. Once she's getting mobile and starting to crawl around you'll want to start her on solid baby food.

It's impossible to answer the specific questions you asked but my analogy holds true. Start slow and build up.. it's as simple as that.

the best thing you could do is start slow.
you need to make the 1st sale to start the 90 day clock.
the first sale is important.
but remember to start slow, if you receive many sales on a new account fast you will get an MC suspension
