Dropshipping.Can Change Niche Product On Ebay With NO Problem ?

i do dropshipping on ebay , have selling limit 280 items , use all of them , all same niche product .. but no sales .. so my question is if i delete all listings , change to completely different niche ..is there any problem there ? ..i see ebay waiting for any chance to suspend accounts do dropshipping ... thank you everyone for answer .

it is not dropshipping,it is retail arbitrage which Ebay does not like.
