Do i need a new paypal aswell?please help
 

HI. I made a silly mistake. my phone tethering was on "automatically connect "

i think my 2 ebay accounts have now become linked since connecting from the same IP addresses.

one account is brand new with only a few feedback so I don't mind starting again however I am just concerned about the opening a new bank account aspect for paypal which is the longest procedure.

will I need a new paypal?

if I start a new ebay - new paypal email address but the same bank details will that link the accounts up ?

Are the cookies for each of these two account separate?

If so, you are unlikely to be associated by a common IP address alone. That is assuming both accounts were not logged in at the same time on the same device with cookies.
