eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Hello, I don't really know how to start

Hello!

I am (fairly) new here. So far I can't get figured out how to start.

i have tried to contact some of the offers in the seller area, but never got any reply? Or am I missing them somehow?

I did get some private messages though. But I am not sure if it 's safe to react to them.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Any private messeges you got are from scammers. The sellers here do not go wasting their time contacting every new member - only scammers do that.
And sounds like you should get started with the stealth guide - NOT buying an account before you actually know how to properly manage it.
