Paypal Stealth Still works? Looking for confirmation

I want to scale paypal stealth accounts and run multiple ebay accounts. However, I essentially want to know if the fundamentals of receiving and sending money by selling on ebay are still possible with Paypal Stealths. Not how to do it. Confirmations anyone? I ask this because upon selling on my first paypal made stealth and ebay. I sold two products. I received payment, but I could not send payment. Can anyone else do this?

Yes you can send money with paypal stealth. Still works with me.

Actually you CANNOT send payments from the stealth paypal accounts these days since they require the paypal account to be SSN+DOB verified in order to have that functionality.
You can still withdraw your funds though by adding your US based bank account.
So yes stealth is still doable but its a bit more complex.

Also don't be afraid to open more than one bank account, just spread them out slowly over time

You can if you can use your real paypal with SSn
You cannot send payments from the stealth paypal accounts these days since paypal requires the paypal account to be SSN+DOB verified in order to have that functionality and now often want ID photo
You can still withdraw your funds though by adding your US based bank account.
yes stealth is still useable but its a bit more complex.
