how do i guarantee ebay isn't going to take their fees after they restricted my acc?

alright so i got my account restricted and i can no longer list any items but i can still buy (nice one ebay, the very first time they don't suspend my account, i can see why).

well since i can no longer sell then why would i pay the 68$ in fees since i've only made about 250$, i simply decided not to pay them.

will unlinking my paypal account be enough for them not to take money out of my ppl ? or should i go extra steps?

So, you sold items and got charged, but because you didn't make quite enough money, you don't want to pay them?

eBay will be kinda disappointed if you do that...

i don't think i would've paid even if i made a grand because what's in it for me? absolutely nothing. the account can no longer be used, i can't think of one single convincing reason for me to pay.

You sold items before they restricted your account, right?
Did you not benefit from those sales?

Your flag indicates you reside in Morocco. I'm unsure of how debts are dealt with in your country, but in some places in the world not paying your debts can be a criminal offense.

How about you used their services, made money and therefor owe them the fees?

It’s like if you delivered and item and then the buyer decides to charge back because he got his item. Why should they still have to pay you?!

eBay will send their agents to Morocco and make him pay. :)

Pay it. If it was 10k I maybe singing another tune. In a similar position. I'll probably owe them £500 in total when they're done with me. To be fair to the op eBay are utter cretins if a customer asks them to step in. Even if you have tracking the suspension dictates that you automatically lose. I stayed on top of invoices throughout the month so the above is cases that were open or outstanding. Even the reps were sympathetic. All they could suggest was asking the customer to be honest or take them to court. I'd rather pay the bill and move onto new stealth accounts. They make life hard for you if you don't, it's what I've heard anyway. Not worth dissolving a company over.

Ugh... why won’t you pay fees after you used their services and make money?

Don’t be such an entitled brat.

Pay the dues OP and stop contributing to the pool of "sellers" who are ruining the platform
