Buying a usa acc if im from uk
 

Im going to buy a usa ebay and PayPal stealth account, but can i use a usa ebay stealth acc if I'm from the uk without any issues?

Because eventually ill need to submit proof of identity and ill need to submit my passport and a bank or utility billl which will have my uk address on it.

If your using a US PayPal you need a SSN, EIN or TIN

Stay away from US accounts.

If you're able to get past the first couple of transactions without them asking for ID/docs, you would only be able to take in a max of 200 payments without confirming your US taxpayer status. And you'd have to withdraw all of those 200 payments to a US bank account because you wouldn't be able to spend your Paypal balance in any way.

plenty of UK sellers sell on EBay USA,why do you want a US account?

if you open an Ebay USA account,Ebay expects you to have a US shipping and residential address,return address etc.
Do you plan to buy on EBay?
No seller would ship to a foreign address,I dont think you can even input one in your ebay account/
You can have an UK Ebay account and still sell on EBay USA/

it's best to have both ebay and ppl in the same country with the same address, but if you have a uk ppl with a US ebay, it's rarely when something may happen, and im talking based on my experience.

question-
if you have an US Ebay account,you would have US address for mai,shipping,returns.
But if you pair this with a UK Paypal account,all your PAYPALaddresses would be in UK?
How does this work when some buyer filed a dispute on Ebay and return an item to YOUR US return address?
And what if US Ebay buyer files dispute with Paypal and asked to return the item to UK address?
And what if you bought something on EBAY,you pay domestic shipping but your Paypal address for seller protection is to UK??
Unless you use a US freight forwarder.
