Some of the big changes are accounts no longer get suspended, they simply hide all your listings from eBay search results. Return shipping is covered on false returns, up to $6.
It sounds like sales tax is becoming more and more of an issue. eBay payments are being pushed, but nothing major yet. Being a Top rated seller has more perks. |

I always feel Ebay cannot do so in the past,as Ebay sellers are mostly dumpster divers who find their merchandise from God knows where?
There has been a trend good sellers with good merchanise in the collectibles and arts area have left Ebay as they dont want to be scammed |

When you issue a refund for an item that was returned after it was used or damaged by a buyer, and you have a track record of delivering on your service promise, we’ll give you the ability to protect yourself. Top Rated Sellers can deduct up to 50% of the refund to recover the decreased value of the item. If there are any issues with buyers that may negatively impact you, we’ll take care of them by removing any negative and neutral feedback, defects, and open cases in service metrics.
That's the best thing ever. Perfect for us that sell high ticket items like myself. |

Just wondering how that particular benefit will be implemented. |
| yankee | 09-04-2019 02:04 PM | Re: Ebay 2019 Fall seller update I posted this a while back and people seemed to think nothing has changed. For example, if you have free returns, you can already select what % the buyer gets back up to 50% for a long time already. |

| agent006140 | 09-04-2019 03:57 PM | Re: Ebay 2019 Fall seller update I sell the same items on Etsy and not only do I make more money,my buyers are mostly polite, courteous and even pay for return shipping.
Ebay sucks, fire all the Harvard MBAs |
| cafonabob | 09-04-2019 04:52 PM | Re: Ebay 2019 Fall seller update The Harvard MBA's are working for Goldman Sachs and Google.
eBay gets their MBA's from Vignana Jyothi Institute of Management, department directors 2 years ago living in room with dirt floor. |

They hire a woman from MOrgan Stanley to be their CFO,I dont think she has a Harvard MBA DEGREE.
GS does not need Harvard, they are turning their attention to sell financial products to middle class folks, aka Marcus |
