Ebay New Address
 

So, I just got MC011ed, and it turns out I'm going to be moving to an entirely new state soon.

As long as I make a new bank account along with paypal, new ebay account, and have a new credit card, can I still use my real name, with the new address I'm moving too?

same Paypal account will link your old and new Ebay account/

Yeah you should be fine using real name. Name alone does not match people. So many people have the same names out there.

Address doesn't either, I have 5 banned accts using my home address, and 5 current accts over a year using the same address. One of 18 months.

To do things properly you should just go with a new paypal as well. Don't take the chance of that paypal linking your old and new ebay accounts.

its better if you do everything fresh, don't risk getting banned from the get go because of your old account.

he wants to just add new bank account and credit card to his existing Paypal account (from what I read),that would not work,as Ebay can link his new Ebay account with his old Ebay account based on his Paypal account.
He needs a new Paypal account with new address,same name but different SSN .How is he going to come up with a new SSN and DOB?
