Paypal Limit 180 days
 
I have a paypal account restricted for 180 days, it is linked to an invisible ebay account
Ask? Can I now set up a new paypal account to link to my ebay account? Does new paypal account need other information? Need other network IP address? Do I need a different Mac address?
