this is purchased account that stood there for 2 months
i did seed it for 7 days
used a different windows account and
bought a fresh IP from IPburger from chicago

BUT IT STILL GOT REGISTRATION BLOCKED. THIS IS THE 2nd one from the same computer,

all i think of is that is that they are blocked based on my what i bid and search on .

Any ideas what caused this ? Doesn't even ask for an iD

my only guess is that they figured out this ip was from a datacenter

just a small note

i didn't even list anything just tried to seed it with bike products that which i usually , that is the only reason i can think of.

Your listings are most likely the issue. When you use a VPN, Ebay knows, but thousands of Ebay accounts are on VPN's, so not likely the cause. If it's not your listings or your IP (I assume you have changed it to fresh never used from your other banned accounts), then it's probably your computer set-up. Windows 10 may leak information between user accounts, separate browsers, user accounts, cookies, etc. a must.

just logged in and did a dnsleak.com test and it gave this page that says
"potential leak"

and i am using VPN

It cannot be the listings since OP mentioned he has not listed anything.
You mentioned you lost 2 accounts - were these 2 accounts bought at the same time? were they suspended at the same time?

no different times, 2 weeks apart
but the only connection is that they were created on the same machine
but using different user accounts
