Can I register USA eBay and use Chinese PayPal

So I wonder if any one had similar experiences. Is it possible to register eBay in USA and use Chinese PayPal as method of taking payments?

I have a us registered eBay and a uk PayPal. Its been ok so far for 4 months

One problem I see is address,your Ebay USA addresses in USA and your Chinese Paypal addresses would be in China.
When a buyer wants to return the item he/she bought from you,what would be your return address on Paypal and Ebay??
Ebay buyers are known to complain when asked to return an item to China.
What would be your shipping fee,if you are a US seller,your domestic shipping would be ??
and your overseas shipping??

I'm selling digital products. No shipping fees. When buyer wanted to return I just refund them. I thought the Ebay and PayPal info does not need to match at all.

How did you get Ebay verification cleared. Did you have a US address?

I think everything would go well unless any buyer made a complaint. as if the Mods check in there would be an issue due to the above mentioned reasons

Chinese paypal are scrutinized heavily, and Usually a USA account paired with a USA account would be a lot stronger

also,if he is in USA and accept US $ TO his ChINESE Paypal account,he will state he accepts US $ and does not want it to be converted to CHinese $$.
Paypal allows American expat in foreign countries to link a US bank account,not sure if China is different
Or he can spend his US$ buying and sending to another Paypal account if he has a Paypal cash account.

Do you have a US Paypal account?
Is that account banned?
If that account is banned,Paypal will link your CHinese account with that account if you are using the same Ebay account
You said you are in USA,do you have a SSN?
