You'll have issues with customers when items don't arrive in a speedy manner. Given your account is in the UK, they'll assume you are too.

when you list your item,there is an estimated delivery date,if buyer does not get it by then,he could file item not received .

also if he wants to return the item,where should he return the item?
if Ebay rules in his favor,it will send him a return shipping label,what would it be?

Well at the bottom of the listing change country from UK to Hong Kong and you should be good.

Just be honest with the "item location" part of your listings (at the bottom when you make listings) and you shouldn't have any problems shipping from HK with a UK account.

Most people don't read listings. Some breeze through it. So whilst it can work, it's still risky.

Ebay buyers are more familiar with such arrangement,shipping from another country.
if they file INR before the estimated delivery date,they will not win.
As for INAD,they would not get a shipping label from Ebay,buyer and seller have to arrange how and who should pay for return shipping.

If you put a HK item location and you're honest about what shipping company you're going to use, eBay will give your buyers relatively accurate estimated delivery dates.
