Hey guys just a query,

looking to have several backup ebay accounts,

if I have say 5 accounts, and setup a portable browser , on 5 USB sticks,

whats the easiest way to switch IP,

How do you tether?

one other query, if ISP gives me a non static IP, ie, everyting I reboot router my IP changes, the chance of a repeated IP, would be slim, for say BT. who have millions of customers?
