Hi,
So I am fairly new here; have been reading A LOT, however I received a Private Message from a user with an American flag but above it says "Banned" - he claims he is selling ebay/paypal accounts but he is NOT in the marketplace list and does not receive Private Messsages back. Is this a scammer? If they say banned are they supposed to be banned from the forum?
