is it risky to unlink a vcc and use it on a different paypal?
 

so i've created a new paypal account and linked it with a vcc, accidentally forgot that i did and used ANOTHER vcc, then i removed it from the account.

is it safe to use it on another paypal?

"safe" is very broad.
We can't tell how safe you are when you use it to other paypal accounts.
And sometimes you get an error when adding it to other paypal accounts (it says it's been linked to other PP accounts, and that you cannot add it anymore to other accounts).
But one thing is for sure, it's been recorded by PayPal, and when you use it to the other account/s, 100% sure its been LINKED.

They keep your information on file, if someone wants to dig, I don't see how you'll avoid being linked

When I try to add a cc to a new acct that I create it tells me to delete it from an existing acct, so you probably cannot

Seems to indicate they would be fine with it if you removed it from the first account first.


Still a linkage though.
