Ebay Problem

Hi, A problem has recently started when attaching a new Ebay to a New PayPal.
When they are hooked up and attempting to create a by-ad, it says that it is not connected PayPal.
does anyone know why this is so?
This is in all countries
I've attached a screenshot of a Ebay.de

since they are now separate companies with their own computers,could it be a timing problem?

No it's not time there is some problem now with new accounts.

I had the same issue this month with a new account as well

Most likely it's not allowing you to get the funds out from paypal.

1. Make sure your paypal is fully verified with VCC and bank.
2. Try adding the PP to eBay again then try the By ad.

See also if there's an option to fund the ad with a different card.
