Where to get fresh proxies / vpn's for cheap?

Hi,

I'm looking to get some Fresh IP's / VPN's for cheap,

however the cheapest one i've seen is $20 a month + $10 set up fee.


I've seen some alternatives on different comparison sites when you type in 'virgin proxies' to find proxies that have never been used before.

Does anyone know any proxies or anything that I can use with a firefox profile or sphere browser, that costs less than $10 per month.

It's made specifically for stealth... and they have good customer service.

What I noticed from people is if they skim on a sub par service they'll pay for it in a different way.
