US Paypal SSN/ID verification
 

Purchased stealth book, and looking to purchase an account from the marketplace however first I am trying to figure out the Paypal SSN/ID verification process.

If I get a stealth account and start selling- get past the 21 day hold - what happens if Paypal asks for SSN/ID? I've seen old threads about it, but nothing new. Don't they require you to provide it up front when you sign up now?

My concern is selling and then not being able to withdraw the money.
Note: All my goods are shipped Priority with a tracking# (US)

You can always withdraw with SSN requests.

They don't usually ask until near 200 transactions and 20k in sales.

near 200 transactions OR 20K sales. And by near, they mean 75% of the way, in either category, before they restrict your account entirely.

every time you receive payment,withdraw it right away,then when the time comes you cant come up with SSN,there is nothing to withhold.
But then your account becomes worthless,
