Promoted listings

Hello all. I had a top rated seller ebay account and i had an option to sponsor the listing for 7 days for about 50€ or 150€ till it ends. Now i have a new top rated seller account but i cant find this option when im listing. Does anyone know how can i find this option again.

This option is designed to scam you as a seller. I've tried it several times and it never had any effect on my sales!

The only help it gives you is moving you up in listings as a sponsored seller. So it does have a marginal effect

Well for me it was very helpful, because it gave me some extra traffic. But now i cant find this option anymore. Is there anyway how to enable this option or how to find it?
