Selling E-Cigarette components on eBay
 

So days of banning e-cigarette stuff on eBay are gone, now you can apply for availability to sell stuff related to eCigarettes on eBay.

In my case I want to sell only stuff that is only metal-like and also original, or rather that is not patented, therefore legal and not counterfeit. There is not tobacco etc.

I wanted to ask if some of you have applied for such approval from eBay already? How did it look and was it difficult? I know you have to own business account, I got one but I am worried to apply for anything with this account, so I am planning of getting new one.

Reason for me wanting to sell there is selling stuff that I want to sell would be absolutely 100% legal, like top quality products without worrying about quality etc. Ofc stuff that I sell on my current account, not like I don't care about quality because I think people should receive best possible stuff for least amount money, this is what I would want so I am paying attention to it. But still, ecig stuff is field I am very experienced so it would be great to be able to sell there.

yu may also want to find out how Paypal handles ecigarette payments

I personally know two sellers who deal with e-cigarettes and accessories are are constantly having problems with both eBay and PayPal.

They are super high-risk items, and it's probably not going to be worth the trouble. It might be better just to get your own website, but the remaining challenge will be to find a merchant processor who will be willing to take you.
