Ebay Suspension
 

Got an email yesterday about the activity on my account, my ebay has been suspended from trading indefinitely as well as a limitation on my paypal asking for more info.

I believe this is due to the fact it's a new account around 50 feedback, and I had fallen behind on some orders which had brought up a lot of cases in the resolution centre. those parcels have now fully all been sent out.

I know this is nothing like a VeRo limitation so I'm wondering if I should give up on the account or try and call ebay to get reinstated but even then will be a **** with paypal limited also.

This was my personal business account but I have made stealths in the past.

How do I go further?

Were you dropshipping or doing retail arbitrage.
If your suppliers are slow in filling your orders,you should fix that problem first as it could happen again and again.
I would ditch both Ebay and Paypal accounts and start all over.

If you got the "indefinitely" message, it must be for another reason other than item not received cases. Did you have multiple cases closed without seller resolution? I've had multiple accounts suspended after receiving a few item not received cases, if you have tracking# showing delivery you should be able to get reinstated easily
