Item delivered, but no signature?
 

Hi,

I shipped an item to a buyer and he has received it, but Royal Mail isn't displaying any signature or delivery confirmation. I know the buyer has received as he has sent me a photo of it. Without the delivery confirmation, I will have to wait the full 21 days...

Anyone experienced similar?

1st class, with signature.

Maybe try contacting Royal Mail on twitter @RoyalMailHelp. They will be able to look into this for you.

Had this a few times, normally its a case of a lazy postal worker as ive had signed for items just popped into my post box before now.

Postie didn't scan your item or the scan hasn't been uploaded yet but the former is more likely.
There could be a handful of reasons: Smudge on the tracking details details caused by rain or your printer, postie running late or delivering to familiar customer, etc. Depending on the service used, it may have been tracked it "internally" so ring RM to see if they cold upload that. Just make sure they get the date right or eBay will have your head for late delivery.

or ask the buyer to leave feedback ,then call Ebay
