How do you answer this question when you call to remove the suspension?

The next question is, "What is the old address you lived at?"
Then it is, "We cant find any records of you"

So the first answer is two weeks, but how are you going to pass the data base questions IF you stole someones identity and used someones name and address? If you made up the info, there will be no record of your existence.

Never faced that question but I'm guessing your stealth name could not be found in the public records. It will make a lot more sense if you just recently "moved in"

when I say "I recently moved in" they ask me about the old address so I tell them that I came from another country. it works most of the times but not always
so what is the solution?

BTW I use made up names / real addresses

Wing it.... You just stated your technique works sometimes. You are far and away better off than most.
