Need phone number to verify us account

Hi

I just created us eBay account and i try to verify it with a phone number, I'm not a us citizen, i tried using some free website like Twilio and text now and I did not receive any SMS verification

any suggestion guys ?

There is no solution other than using a real US phone number. Free services, VoiP and digital only phone numbers do not work for PayPal verification. If you know anyone in the US, reach out to them as they'll be able to easily get a phone with a workable number, otherwise you'll never be able to open US PayPal accounts. Also, don't forget that the only way to use your PayPal balance in the US is to withdrawal to a real US bank account. Be prepared.

why do folks think selling on Ebay USA is easy,like above said,if you dont have a US bank,you cant withdraw your fund,
Without SSN and date of birth,you cant spend your Paypal fund,
so a total waste of time !
