| I think eBay's UI is done by the craziest to the crazies. The kind of people who live where the buses don't run...Sold items page used to have surplus buyer details now it's just a waste of space with useless user IDs staring us in the face. Every frequently used feature is too many clicks away, wasting time, server resources and bandwidth. I chanced upon a forum where their employees hang out, and I couldn't have met a more bitter bunch. They talked about how things were in shambles, and upper-level management didn't care for anything but the shareholders... So that's what I think about the changes.
If you can find an old link, you might be able to use the old page. Some of the old links are still accessible.
Whether you should continue using it or not should depend on how many items you ship out daily.
I download my sales in a CSV file and use mail merge. From download to printing on laser printer takes about 10 minutes even for hundreds of labels. |
