All of my seasons 6+ year accounts just got taken down at the same time

Not even a clue what happened. All different names. Different emails. Different PayPal’s. Different addresses. Didn’t IP’s. Different windows users. Different pictures. Different everything. I have no idea how they could have connected me

Actually. Not all. One of my accounts is left standing. Of course the one that requires the paypal SS#

I have one main account with 2 legit accounts branching off of it. One was selling for years. I started selling on the 2nd one recently. And the third is just for buying. All 3 of these are obviously connected.

But my 2nd stealth selling account? I have no idea how they connected it.

All happened in a couple minutes.

I've literally described everything. There is nothing to connect these accounts together.

Maybe it's an ebay glitch sending out these letters? I can still sell. I don't get what's going on. Even if there is one link somewhere, there would only be one. I've separated everything. I've been selling on these for about 6 years now without a single issue. The only thing I did differently, was start selling on my 2nd REAL account. I have an anchor store, so I can speak to a real person. So we will see. But they are closed right now!!

Scary stuff. Nothing like that on my accounts this morning, so it's not a site-wide glitch. I'm not going to pretend like I know what's going on but I hope you can get it sorted out.

Only thing that stands out to me is the "was start selling on my 2nd REAL account." Wouldn't that imply that you had 2 account selling with the same registration info?

what was your setup for logging into the separate ip addresses? where did you buy them?

how did you log into each account on vmware?

yes, but ebay knew about it and were fine with it. They were directly linked to each other. When I call in, they ask me which account I want help with.

But that still wouldn't explain how my 2nd STEALTH account went down at the same time. At 4AM EST time .All of them. Would they allow some foreign help desk, restrict an anchor store?

And, back to the weird part. That I'm not actually seeing HOW I'm restricted....

I went through this thing a few months ago. I couldn't do anything. no selling, no listing. All my listings were removed. Nothing has happened this time. I sold something this morning in fact, 3 hours after the restriction...

My main account, had a fee payment malfunction, and my fees didn't get paid for the last invoice. I can see that causing this.

But again, how the hell did they link my stealth... Unless it' s just a freaken fluke and it's not connected to this...

Ugh, I'M GOING CRAZY!! lol. I wish I didn't wake up early today. I can't call in for another 15 minutes, and I'm trying to not drive myself crazy before I know the whole story.

While at the same time, I'm trying to figure out what to say, if they say

"so, there is this other account with another name, that we connected to you, EXPLAIN YOURSELF!!!".

My paypals are fine. and there is no money in them. So I'm good on that front.

You are paranoid about eBay figuring out that all accounts belong to you, but it may very well be just a paranoia.

All of your accounts got taken down because they are suspected of dropshipping, not because they are linked.

My gut feeling is telling me you were selling similar stuff on these accounts, weren't you?

similar, sure. But still different. Same category. Definitely no issues of drop shipping. It's all my own stuff.

And again, why did my real account AND ⊗⊗⊗⊗ account get taken down at the same time.

You may have been subject to inspection, like that of a forensic auditor.

Im sorry to hear this.

eBay is being a real pain in the ass lately. It may have something to do with your rate of returns, or perhaps a lot of cancellations?

I got careless with my inventory 2 weeks ago and had to refund 4 customers for not having the item in stock. Shortly after, I got the MC011. Pretty sure they suspected I was drop shipping due to my high number of refunds without tracking updating on those orders.

Any similar activity on your accounts?

ok so finally after any hour of talking. They've told me what happened.

3 months ago when my account got suspended, it was because they said my account was connected to another account. Not my stealth accounts, because, nothing happened to those. Essentially, they lied to me, because if they told me the truth, I'd be able to get around it, so they had to hide what really happened.

This time? This time they took my account down because they want me to prove I'm selling authentic items, because my industry seems to have a lot of ⊗⊗⊗⊗ lately.

So there is a chance that it actually WAS a coincidence that my stealth account got taken down. He claims they took down a lot of accounts.
