Stealth questions

Hi everyone, I am a newbie on ebay stealth and still have a few questions, I hope anyone will kindly help! :)

1. Do you have to link bank account to ebay? Or is paypal account enough?
2. Does cashing out paypal through bitcoins still work? Some people pointed out that it’s not allowed now. Can anyone confirm?
3. Is it impossible to sell with US ebay stealth if I am not staying there? If yes, do you have any suggestions for other countries?
