Same phone new number

Setting up new stealth following the guide ,Can I use the same phone I used my suspended ebay account on if I erase cookies, setup fresh ip, delete Ebay app and only use mobile site & change to a new number ? Or can I still be linked if uploading item pictures ? If so how would u get around that I love the picture quality on this phone

You cannot use same info. Everything must be unique and fresh.

ebay does not link by ip, however it is beter to use a new one.

new aress and rest is mandatory. Needless to say how stupid it would be to use the same phonenumber

I think he really means he wants to use the mobile app.

The answer is NO you can not use the same phone number or ANY used phone with the APP. The app is specific to that phone.

If you have to ask the question, then you probably know the answer. Anything that is linked to the first account will be. Everything new.
