New Ebay stealth account suspended

hi everyone
I am having problem since 2 months when i make new ebay stealth account after 30 minutes i got This Email off course every time new ip new address new phone number new card just the same Device.

Your eBay account was suspended because recent account activity has raised serious security concerns. We've taken this precaution to protect our members while we make sure that the activity doesn't cause harm -- however unintentionally -- to the eBay Community.

You won't be able to use eBay in any way. This includes using another existing account or registering a new account.

Please suggest something.thanks

It is linking to previous account. Its not enough if you use same device but just new user id !

All new accounts are getting suspended, those who say otherwise are dumb. eBay wants you to call them so you can answer public record information.

@joiNow Will eBay account outside of US work on eBay.com? Does it not have the same suspension problems?

But once account suspended its not reinstate .but if its restricted then yes after call

You should change your way, i had same problem, it looks like human behavior recorder boot, once you doing same and the result is suspension, change all you do , IP, windows system, phone, browser, proxy, till you find something work

EBAY suspended 80% new accounts within hours. Then you have to contact EBAY and EBAY may ask you to upload the required documents. Then you have 50% opportunity to restore the account.
