Opened new stealth account and got high limits

Hey guys i am new to this stealth domain
i had previous knowledge ' never purchased any course or guide before '
i was opening an eBay stealth and out of sudden this time i got high limits
i opened accounts before but never got as high as this time.
that was on 29 Sep.

so far 06 Oct its not yet suspended.
i am wondering is this type of account get suspended or not usually once opening selling account 30min later a suspension come along.

sales is very slow now,you can list 1000 items or 1,000,000 ,what good is it if none sell?
