Why Ebay remove my listing at my first selling?
 

Hello everyone,
I have been selling on eBay for a week. Yesterday, I received notice that my product was sold, this is my first selling, the buyer paid for it, but that product listing also was removed, other product listings are still Ok. I don't know why. I just think the quantity was 1 therefore when it was sold, eBay thought that I run out of product in stock, is this right? Does it mean my selling history will be renewed? and I need to re-up the product.:pout::pout:

Hi mate.
Of course, if you only have quantity 1, the anounce move on to sold items. You must up the quantity if have more and want still selling.

Or maybe i have not understood... :)

you should find your listing in sold listings,and relist if you still have more

I have just relisted, but the renew listing doesn't show the number of products sold, the listing info was renewed also. :D
It would be better to show a customer that someone bought it before. What should I do to get it?

Your list with the "SOLD" counter cannot be show up again after you sold it with quantity of 1, You need start over and make sure to relist with the correct quantity or just make sure your setting allow 0 quantity items and then you can add more quantity with the "SOLD" counter of your list.
