MC011 Product Invoices
 

I am not located in the UK. Recently, My UK Stealth Acc got MC011. But I couldn't get the product invoices. Other required is fine. How should I do to get it? Can anyone give advice?

make your own invoices like everyone. make sure the adress in the invoices is the one from the account owner.
But mc011 means that the account is dead most likley, instead of wasting time with the passport, proof of adress, trackings and invoices beter make a new account

MC011 means the account is dead ONLY when eBay has enough evidence on you dropshipping.

Just go check on YouTube and see how many people got the MC011 reversed. We tend to think about eBay & Amazon as if they are out to get us, but the majority of people selling on these platforms don't see it that way.

No ban is permanent unless you have done something really bad and they see you as a big risk. eBay has restored thousands of banned accounts in the last few years and asked people to come sell again (I know they did it because they need sellers!), but point is a suspension could be dealt with if you are persistent.


If you have been working on building that account for too long, research your mistakes and get on the phone with eBay and don't settle!

MC011 they ask for invoices and ID but it is only phishing. They won't reinstate the account even if you supply what they ask for.

Provide what they want to see. Make sure it is done correctly, and exactly what they want to see.

Yeah,but after that ebay will sent you permanent ban without any explanations of what they don't like. Sent 2 packs of docs for mc011 (both account were legit with actual info,steered from different IPs and even machines) in both cases - ban, in first case after tons of messages I've got reply - "your vendor is not in list of reliable vendors",but what a **** - vendor is LLC with invoices and delivery notes,yes its UA company,bit it works in accordance with all rules and laws in UA,but still "it's not reliable from the point of ebay's view". Second account - the same trouble,but with TR LLC company with official site,etc.
First was 5 years old with appro 450 feedbacks, second - 4 months..
So,I don't know regarding reinstatement from mc011 on youtube,but seems like ebay don't want to deal with fair sellers (like I were). If they won't change their approach, 80% of ebay will be stealth (like most of CN sellers are currently). So,ebay really customer-oriented,not seller.
