What happens if you have high item not received cases
 

What happens with the service metrics if you are on high for item not received?
Ive called 8 times no one knows anything
These ebay customer service reps dont know anything and its stressing me out
Theres been a fire in our city and people are opening item not received cases because they are receiving their items a day or two late left and right

I have it on many accounts. in my case it is because many items are getting lost during postage.
I had no problems because of that or suspension. so i think as long as you resolve the cases everything is fine

did you upload tracking to show the status?
or did you lose your item during the fire?
too many INR is not good,you have to deal with it before they file a case with Ebay,depending on how long you have been with Ebay,it could suspend you

The damage = about 8-10 days added to your delivery estimate and just a stated date vs a window (like 3-7). I know because I'm dealing with it now.

If you call merchant support and explain there is a natural disaster, and you get the right person, and your account is not labeled a drop shipper, and everything else is in order - then ebay MAY help you.

It does not matter whether it is force mateur or your own doing,it is going to hurt your ranking.
did you ship or you just cant ship?
