i'm new at stealth accounts and i have tried some solutions for the phone number but most of the accounts get blocked, can you please advise me how to get virtual number that i can use for ebay and paypal?

If you use ANY of the multiple free services out there to create a seller account you can expect the account to get low limits and get suspended almost immediately.
You need a REAL phone number these days.
