Should we buy before sell?
 

Hi guys, it seems eBay offer coupon to new accounts during a few days after they set up, eBay expect your first buy. Do you think we should do what eBay want, to buy something before selling by useing the coupon when check out? Because as a normal user, nobody will refuse the coupon. If you abandon the coupon and don't buy, just want to sell, could this be a flag? If to buy, can you send some money to the new Paypal from another Paypal, as no money in the new Paypal yet. ^ NO, it will never raise a flag.
And yes, you can buy using that account if you can afford to do so, will it build trust on eBay as seller account? - most likely no.
eBay is far way too lenient to buyer accounts, they love to collect their fees, so they love buyers.
Send money to new paypal account - Yes, you can do that. Or reload the VCC/CC you attached to that paypal account.
