2.How long can I update my address after I buy it？
3. Must the address of the bank card be the same as that of PayPal？

1. Yes, it should be
2. You don't need to change it, you can just add an address if you want to
3. There are a lot of banks that allows you to withdraw with mismatched names, so yes - names can be different.

Sometimes they do that.

Is the PP still in the account? If not, redo it and see if the card request goes away.

If not, you'll have to add a VCC.

which address are you referring to?
both Ebay and Paypal have more than one address you can enter.

This sometimes happens. Have you added a VCC on this account already?
You can re-link the VCC if needed, and see it's not asking anymore when you try to pay via PP.

1. no (it can be even different name, I never had problems becuase of this and i always use different names)
2. you should not update at all
3. no, there is no way for pp to check the adress of the bank. Even the name of the bank account owner is hard to find out unleast you send them money.

However some banks do not like if you recive money on a wrong name so they might close your account (most of the banks do not care)

I can't always pay, I don't know what the problem is.
