I added old credit card, should I remove it or create new ppl
 

I added old credit card, should I remove it and a new one (will ebay link that even removed it) or create new ppl?
Paypal should tell me this credit card used before, but I didn't get this message? because I was using 2 credit card and this one included

If the credit cards was associated with suspended account then you can’t use the card again as it would link the new account

The old account was with 2 credit card and this one of them, I added it successfully with my new PayPal without any errors or telling that was associated with another account. is that safe to use it again?

So I must create a new paypal again,, unfortunately, I added a new bank account for this stealth, can I use this one or not? by the way I didn't create the ebay account yet

If the account is not suspended before yes it fine to use the card again in another account

Just remember this. Just because you remove it does not mean they dont remember the original accounts it was associated to. I would always recommend new info for every account.

If the original account with that card was limited its only a matter of time before 1+1 = 2
