Does ebay link accounts based buyer shipping address?

Hello,

I've searched on this forum, but got different answers. I just post here hope to get something confirmed.

I have 2 ebay stealth account. Both buyer/sellers mixed.

Account #1 and 2 have different address. Now on Account #1, the address no longer valid, which is not a problem for seller account. I do occasionally purchase from both accounts to keep them active.

If I change buyer shipping address to the same one as Account #2, will ebay link my account #1 and #2? The address is a mailbox address.
