Do I need to change my PC MAC Address too?

Hi, i changed my internet's IP Address from "89.78.3X.XX" to "89.78.3X.XX". Am i good to create a stealth account with the new IP or i need to change my PC MAC Address too? If i need to change it how do i change it? Thanks.
