Incredible case on a listing - Seller Info and Return Info Removed
Hi,
i found this seller, and i notice in his listing he removed the seller info and the return info box. I look at the code...and the DIVs that contain that two part are missing. I look at code in my listing as professional seller and these info are positioned in 2 specific DIVs, i took their IDs and i searched them in these listing codes...but there aren't!!
This is a bug or magic?
Never found this case before in all this years of ebay.

If i look with ebay.com ... nothing is showed like in the .it...

well i take this screenshot from a random seller now, basically he removed this two divs...there are no trace in code...and if you are pro seller, you can't choose to avoid to show that!
Just look at his listings, that is no presence of these two blocks

Some things that come to mind: he's using a different type of account than you are, or he's registered in a different country than you are. Those are just guesses though.

Registered in Italy as professional seller. It's mandatory have these details showed for EU law. You can't remove from ebay panel, you can only choose what you are going to show

eBay sometimes makes special agreements with certain sellers that fall outside of the ordinary seller process. However, this account is much smaller than the ones usually given preferential treatment.
