VAT rules in ebay???!!!

i have this error so i can not make new list
pls help to me
my account is for malaysia

We will need to register for VAT and then enter your VAT number. Without knowing all the details expect that’s what they are going to ask from you

Open new uk based acc and keep sales not as high. No need for uk vat number.
