Unpaid transaction, received negative feedback.
 
Hello everyone.

So I just sold the item to 0 feedback ebay member. Which has been registered for 2 month. And after 2 days I got negative feedback from him. He did not even pay or anything, just feedback. and I have not opened unpaid item case yet. What is the best way to solve this? Should I call ebay?

One call to ebay will get that removed if he hasn't even paid etc.

no,it is not automatic,when Ebay sets up the system,they dont expect folks who never pay would leave negative feedback.
In early days,anyone can leave feedback,just asking a question can get you a neg if they dont like your response

yep, call to ebay and they will delete the feedback :)

You can apply immediate payment settings to Auction listings (with bin) and Buy it now listings as well.
Give a buyer and inch, he'd take a yard.
