VeRO = Verified Rights Owner program.

The Verified Rights Owner (VeRO) program allows owners of intellectual property (IP) rights and their authorized representatives to report eBay listings that may infringe on those rights.

Basically anything that is branded could fall under this category.

you can not really. There is a lot of verocheckers - however there is a lot of things we do not know.

That list of participants is good,but not full.I've had a cases when there were no trademark owner in that list,but listing was killed by VerO program. I've checked my lots with that list - no trademark,but then "Booom!" and here it is - Vero violation.

This list of brands is not comprehensive of brands with IP rights nor is this a complete list of all Rights Owners currently participating in the VeRO program.

No! I have sold the products i listed, in other accounts with no problem
