firstly let me say am i so glad i found this forum

ive been having to operate 2 eBay accounts under myself and girlfriends name for the last year because of the outrageous rules eBay & paypal enforce on their sellers

paypal holding funds for a seemingly unlimited period the second a buyer clicks " not as described" on ebay how is that even legal ?

i feel like i am constantly playing chicken with customers and ebays "money back gaurentee"

one buyer tried scamming me returning an empty parcel to me , ebay refunded the second the tracking showed delivered :mad:

luckily i had managed to disconnect my paypal and bank cards from ebay so they couldn't refund "on my behalf"

but then a week later i had an email saying " eBay debt transferred to pay pal we have debited your pay-pal balance" pay-pal balance on that account is now in negative and theres no way in hell im adding funds

i am extremely interested in these stealth paypal accounts as i rely heavily on paypal to move my stuff online and its only a matter of time before my girlfriends gets gubbed , can anyone give me more information on them ?

I.E

can i link any of my bank accounts to them ? even if those bank accounts have previously been linked to paypal accounts in the past ?

can the stealth account be set up in any name i want or are they pre determined ?

Paypal never remove any account ,your bank account linked to past Paypal account could not be used .
Unless you move to another country and want to link the same bank account to the new Paypal in that country,you will have to remove it first from your US Paypal account .
As American expatriate,you can link a US bank account with your foreign country Paypal account

The minute your buyer open a case of INAD or INR or UA,the payment will be withheld until the issue is resolved.
removing your Paypal account and bank card from your Ebay account does not work,like you said,it has debited your Paypal account,it could also debit your seller account .

the odds are so heavily stacked against sellers it makes me think sometimes is it even worth it but i cant find another online market place with as much capture as ebay for my products

ive added a bogus return address to my ebay account now , my hope is that the tracking will now say "undelivered "
