Sometimes helps to clear cash and cookies and to try again, but most of the times it is a glitch which i seen before- paypal window opens but requares to add card even when a card is already add. Most of the times this is a card which is flaged. Use different company card- i mean add different comany card to your paypal- it should bypass add card screen and allow to pay with PP balance. This fixes it most of the times. Also matching curency of your PP and EB helps sometimes. You can also try different eb sites, which helps sometimes- if u use .com then log in to co.uk or .de or .fr or any other and try from there. But in total- its just PP do not like your card. |
