Apple knows they have a problem with their own suppliers selling out of the back door to 3rd parties. Ruthless online enforcement is their way of combating it since they know they can't realistically get a grip on their Asian suppliers.

Keep fighting dano but trust me, you're going to lose. You'll reach a point where it's no longer worth trying to sell them. If you're going to mess with anything Apple, it's best to mess with their older products that they don't enforce so tightly any more.
