Can't make a call to eBay through skype.

Hello. I'm trying to make a call to eBay through skype but I'm getting an error saying: ,,The number that you call is unobtainable". I tried to make a call to another phone number, it worked fine.

Where could be an issue? Is there something wrong on their side or they are blocking calls from skype now?

this is not free number, it is cheap to call via skype, but not free. Add some money to skype account and it should work. Free number +18665403229

I'm having credits on skype. I used to call to that phone number for many times, it has started no to work today only
