Question about conversion rate.
 

One of my listings get viewed a 100 times and nets 20 sales, so the conversion rate on that particular day is 20%. Next day it gets viewed the same, but nets 10 sales!


Does this happen with you too?

many sellers sell thru rate is between 11-25%

The first 3 days after listing this particular item, it got viewed 100 times a day and netted 20-25 sales every day, so its conversion rate was 20-25%. I revised this listing, raised its price and then brought the price back to what it was and boom... The listing started to get more views, but its conversion rate dropped to 10%.

I had one item that had over 600 views in 24 hours and not a single sale.
Another item had 12 views during that same period, yet sold 4.

I have seen it as high as 40% and as low as 1% depending on the times or the item/category. Obviously some niches do significantly better than others.

I think it depends on the item.
Not all items have the same sell %.

Sometimes I get 30 views, 1 watcher and I sell 1.

Sometimes I get 50 views, 3 watchers and didn't sell anything.

Your data size is extremely small. I dont see any issues.
